Halo TV teaser shows Spartans and their gear

A new teaser for the Halo TV series gives you a glimpse into the military might of UNSC forces and some Spartans all ready for battle.

The 15-second teaser follows a An almost as brief 20-second teaser from November, who both tease the show’s big debut at the Game Awards on Thursday. The previous teaser was a more intimate scene, showing the Master Chief’s increased and marked frame as he carefully donned his MJOLNIR armor, and this news goes strong the other way.

We start with a wide shot of a hangar full of troops and moving equipment: in the foreground, soldiers carry equipment in boxes, a set of warthogs sit on the left, Scorpion tanks on the right, and a Pelican ship ready to launch into the middle. The trailer switches to a shot of the Pelican thrusters, then a small team of Spartans with their full assortment of armor and weaponry.

The blueprints are brief, but still offer a good look at their armor, which seems to draw inspiration from the EOD-class gear that was first introduced in Halo 3.
